Search-Marketing

Below, you'll find extensive information on leading search marketing articles and products to help you on your way to success.
Seo With Article MarketingBy Marvin J MarkusThere are two major kinds of article marketing: The first is article marketing for direct traffic (that means people visiting your website directly from the article.) The second is article marketing done primarily for the back links. Back links are a huge part of search engine optimization (otherwise known as SEO.)
I think it's quite clear why you want traffic back to your website from articles and to anyone who knows it's just as clear why you want links to your website as well. But I'd like to expand upon this second point for anyone who is not entirely clear on it.
If you want your website to rank high in Google (and in the other search engines) then you will need to have a lot of "backlinks" to your website from a lot of different domains.
That's why you want to use an article marketing service which allows you to "spin" your articles and to submit them to a large number of sites at once. These article submission services are not free but they are worth some cost because they will allow you to greatly "leverage" the time you spend with your article marketing.
Yes you could "spin" your articles yourself (that is create many variations on one article) and you could submit all of those different articles to hundreds of sites all on your own but that would probably take you many weeks (possibly even months!) You can do the same thing using a top article submission service in less than an hour. It shouldn't be too hard to
see why such a service is worth a significant amount of money if you want to get links back to your site.
And if you want your sites to rank in Google then you do definitely want links back to your site. That's how Google ranks sites. Based on how many links (and the quality of the links) which head back to your site.
That's why you want to write high quality informative articles which will be published on as many sites as possible and of course which contain a link back to your site in the resource box.
You really should write articles that are related directly to the theme of your website.
It doesn't make a lick of sense to write an article about soda pop if your website is about the LA Lakers. Or to write articles about playing guitar if your website is about fishing. There should definitely be some relationship between your articles and your website that the articles link back to.
This is for two reasons: You want any direct traffic you get (that's traffic direct from the articles you are writing) to be targeted. People who read an article on how to play the guitar are not going to want to go to a website about fishing, but they are quite likely to click on a link to a website about guitars. The second reason is for purpose. There's a lot of evidence to suggest that Google takes into account the topic of the pages where links come from. In short: It's better to have links back from related pages than from unrelated pages.1st Page Online SEO is a great new SEO firm based in Southwest Virginia. Marvin J. Markus highly recommends it.
